Prince Biodun Luf is a Senior Technical Lead Senior Technical lead on Communication, Capacity Building, Research and Development, Baseline surveys, Human resource development, and related projects activities at Global Organizational Development Investment Consulting (Global ODIC). He has skills in Communication Development and Strategy, Marketing, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, Event Planning and Implementation, Booking Writing, Human Resource Management and Development, Training, and capacity development.
He has over 17 years of experience as a consultant with a focus on Organizational management and development, building institution strategic direction and improvement. He has worked with the Government of Liberia through the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning to establish comprehensive baseline information on existing NGOs in Liberia by estimating the total number of NGOs operating in the country and the year each was established and first accredited, profiled and mapped out NGOs per type, sector, geographic and contributions made since establishment, determined criteria for the category of not-for-profit organizations as NGOs (local, national, and international).
As World Bank independent consultant, he led a program that evaluated and generated the final report on the Government of Liberia’s Economic Governance and Institution Reform Project to determine the impact of 81 million dollars’ interventions and the extent to which the EGIRP project improved Public sector efficiency and transparency and strengthening Public Financial Management of the Republic of Liberia.
Also, he was consulted by Carter Center, Liberia, to develop the operating system and road map for the effective take-off of a new NGO and conduct training for its governance; design and conduct a capacity building training workshop for the Institutions beneficiaries. He has worked on a USAID Sponsored CESLEY/EDC Program to redesign, reconstruct, generate and develop new curriculum materials for youth employment training in Liberia. He has managed a project that successfully developed a storybook (FATU AND SAAH) to teach Liberian Youths and Children about Work and Working.
As a principal consultant at Macro Multimedia, he facilitated the implementation of the Nigeria Public Service Reform Pre-Retirement Program and its pension administration similar to Liberia’s “Redirected Workers Program”, through the Abuja Enterprise Agency (AEA, Nigeria). Benedict Tokpa Danuweli

Benedict Yeke Harleyson is a Budget and Public Financial Management Expert at Global Organization Development Investment Consulting. Benedict has over 15 years of experience in Economic policymaking, Public policy, Public financial management, Debt management, Public Administration, Development works, Finance, Accounting. Given his crosscutting experience in public sector management and governance, He has worked with the International Monetary Fund to develop Liberia’s 2020-2023 Extended Credit Facility Program, drafted the 2016/17 Annual Economic Review of the Liberia Economy – linking the 4 sectors of the economy (unpublished), worked with the World Bank in negotiating and finalizing a $15 million loan for investment in Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in both the service and manufacturing sectors.
He has also coordinated with the Ministry of Commerce & Industry to bring 300 new MSMEs and SMEs on as formal businesses, coordinated the preparation of Liberia’s 2016 Medium Term Debt Management Strategy, 2017 Fiscal and Debt Sustainability Analysis, trained 25 persons to run both fiscal and debt sustainability analysis in 2018 and worked with the National Economic Management Team to design a 25-million-dollar injection strategy to mop out excess Liberian dollars from the market, to curb the fast depreciation in the Liberian dollar.

Mohammed Kamara

Mohammed Kamara is Global ODIC Senior Finance and Administration Manager with ten years of experience in Administrative and Financial management duties and supervises contracts, staff, logistics, and daily operations of Global-ODIC.
In line with our fiscal Responsibility, He performs regular tracking, analysis, and reporting of project financial data and provides full service accounting for projects and to ensure compliance, regulations, and donor requirements. He similarly monitors program performance, budget, and funding, and prepares month-end reporting and account reconciliations as well as participates in project budget planning, critical review of project financials, and preparation of reports.
In keeping our relationship with stakeholders, He maintains a collaborative working relationship with Global ODIC’s counterparts, donors’ coordination; and Technical Assistants both within the headquarters and field offices. He also Initiates contact with staff in other departments to exchange detailed, substantive information and coordinate activities necessary to achieve work goals. Our Administrator is blessed with highly-developed interpersonal skills, involving active listening, creativity and problem solving, something he is uses to collaborate with internal and external partners in planning, implementing, and evaluating results.
Lloa Bass-Golokeh
Media and Communications Specialist
Lloa Bass-Golokeh is a Media and communications specialist at Global ODIC with seasoned international experience in the United States, West Africa, and East Africa. As an experienced media specialist, she has provided strategic support to the expansion of social networks and audiences including key stakeholders, with expertise in developing and driving communications strategy, along with extensive project management experience with private, public, and non-profit organizations mainstreaming digital and social media platforms. She has (MPA) Master of Public Administration, Kean University New Jersey, USA. Well versed in report writing and editing; with fluency in both English and French.
At USAID-Liberia Revenue Generation for Governance and Growth Project, she has led the project’s Public Engagement and Communications promoted stakeholder engagement across the tax system in collaboration with Liberia Revenue Authority, trained staff on public engagement strategies within the tax system, and to roll out public engagement campaigns and contribute to cost-effective communication tools such as SMS blasts, newsletters, and other digital outlets that promote tax awareness.
She experiences working with both regional and international organizations including the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) Regional Support Hub & Branch Office Nairobi, Kenya, where she served as a Social Media Specialist & Project Assistant with a focus on Public Information & Mass Communications Unit and assisted with the development of web, social media, and communication strategies aimed at expanding UNHCR's media presence within the region. Also monitored all media platforms for accuracy of content to ensure even dissemination of information which sought to improve on existing technologies keeping the organization at the forefront of global development as it relates to refugees. Bindu Kamara

Bindu Kamara is a Health and Social Work practitioner at Global ODIC. She is a Team lead on Community Health Programme at Global Organization Development and Investment Consulting with the focus to maintain, promote health, prevent illnesses, diseases and provide care, lead the Global ODIC's efforts on public health awareness, prevention, and communication engagement strategies on health and environment management consistent with Nursing and Social Work leading practices in hospitals, clinics, and communities across Liberia.
As a Health and Social Work practitioner, she can conduct nursing and clinical assessment, diagnosis planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' conditions in the nursing field and at the same time capable of establishing, and handling important social work practice, and influencing and enhancing the selection of interventions and programs appropriate to service for hospital and communities.
