Global ODIC Advocacy is focused on Policies Engagements, Reform Concepts, Strategies & Effective Communications
Global ODIC’s advocacy is based on public decision making, evidence based policy analysis, national development planning and policy debates capable of Influence policy makers, policy agencies and policy agenda to create reform or policy changes to the betterment of advanced societies. Our advocacy is but not limited to:
• Undertaking policy research to understand policy gaps and requisite interventions.
• Identify what policy needs to be changed (social, politically, economically, culturally etc)
• Developing strategic actions steps such as positive engagement, communication through supportive advocacy.
a) Develop policy statements requiring governments’ and international institutions’ attention to the need for reforms and interventions
b) Embarking on campaigns, awareness & capacity development and national ownership building
c) Lobbying with the relevant counterparts, institutions, audiences, government through consultations and briefings in forum, town-hall meeting and another forms of engagements that allow us to create better communication, dissemination and managing information through publications, case studies, information policy materials, on our websites, etc.
